Public Affairs Awards logo 2019 - JFG Comms finalist consultancy of the year

JFG Communications, the first ever virtual public affairs agency, founded by Jo Field three years ago has been named among the finalists for Consultancy of the Year at the PRCA (Public Relations and Communications Association) Public Affairs Awards 2019.

Commenting on the nomination, Founder and Managing Director, Jo Field, who is also shortlisted for Consultant of the Year said:

“We're delighted to be finalists in two categories at this year's Public Affairs awards. We’ve just celebrated our third birthday so the nomination is great recognition for everything we’ve achieved over the past three years.

“Bringing brilliant new team members on board has helped us make great strides in our development this year. A massive thank you to everyone for all their hard work.

“Thanks very much to our customers for their continued trust, we’re enjoying delivering great work with you.”

Jo Field is among a group of PR agency leaders who have founded the PRCA’s virtual agency sector group. The group is disrupting the traditional PR agency model and enabling the public relations industry to keep the expertise of senior professionals, often women, who reject traditional agency culture. JFG Comms is the only public affairs agency among the virtual agency sector group. (The definition of ‘virtual’ being small core team, supported by majority team of remote freelancers).

The Public Affairs awards recognises excellence in public affairs. It is the only dedicated awards ceremony for the UK public affairs industry. Find out more about the public affairs awards finalists.

The award winners will be revealed at a ceremony in London on 5 December.
