Our associates
We work with a network of trusted independent consultants and associates who are highly-skilled experts in their field. This means we can offer a range of specialist communications and diversity services that are fully bespoke and tailored to your needs.

Our culture and ethos
As we're a new and niche consultancy, we've set our business up a little differently.

We're passionate about getting more women working in transport and this has informed our company culture. Research shows flexible working is key to attracting and retaining women. (And, let's be honest, most people value the opportunity to work flexibly). That's why we've put flexible and agile working at the heart of our business model. We operate a virtual agency, with flexible hours, locations and a truly agile ethos.

Our core team is based in London, UK and we have a team of expert associates based across the UK and North America. Want to join us? Contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

Equality, diversity and inclusion
We are committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.

The aim is for our team to be truly representative of all sections of society and the customers that our clients serve, and for each team member to feel respected and able to give their best.

In providing professional services, we are committed against unlawful discrimination of our customers or the public.

To help us meet our equality, diversity and inclusion commitments, we carry out:

  • Workforce diversity monitoring to check we’re meeting the aims and commitments set out in the policy
  • Inclusive recruitment adverts to make sure we’re promoting our roles widely
  • Diversity monitoring of job applicants to make sure we’re receiving applications from under-represented groups
  • Name blinding of CVs in all recruitment campaigns
