We're looking forward to the Labour Party Annual Conference in Liverpool, from Sunday 23 to Wednesday 26 September.

The party conference season is always one of the highlights of our year and this year promises to be no exception. The anti-semitism row dominated the summer months, with questions raised over Corbyn's leadership.

This week the Labour Party leader pledged to invest £10bn in the Northern Powerhouse Rail project to boost transport infrastructure in the North. Aside from this Labour's main transport focus in recent months has been to expose failings in the rail network and the franchise system.

We're looking forward to hearing what develops during conference and we'll be covering transport and infrastructure fringe events, to watch the hot topics and hear the latest industry news and insights.

We'll also be listening to debates on workplace gender balance, gender pay gap, gender equality and support for parents.

We know the conference is of interest to our customers, associates and networks, so we'll be sharing our thoughts, opinions and items of interest on social media throughout the event.

We'll also blog about the Labour Party Annual Conference afterwards, to share the key themes and transport industry news and insight.
