Producing the museum’s Audience Development Strategy for 2018-23

London Transport Museum chose JFG Communications to design and produce their Audience Development Strategy. The strategy’s main objective is to set out how the Museum will diversify its audiences, strengthen community links and expand its reach, to ensure its visitors and volunteers are fully representative of London’s population. The work involved facilitating evidence gathering workshops, reviewing and collating the Museum’s current strategies and plans, crafting a consistent narrative, and setting targets to help diversify the Museum’s audiences.
